- Do you ship outside the US?
- Yes — FedEx International Priority covers most destinations directly. We handle the export documentation on our side.
- How do you handle CITES and import regulations?
- We only ship species and lots with the documentation your market requires. If a piece cannot be legally shipped into your country, we exclude it from your lot before invoicing.
- Can we see photos before committing?
- Yes. Every curated lot is shared as a photo and condition-note document before you approve and pay. No piece leaves the store without your sign-off.
- Is the fur genuinely vintage?
- Yes. Everything is sourced inside Japan's established vintage market and hand-checked in our Tokoname store. No new stock, no reproductions.
- Typical lead time?
